Surface Smiles LLC is a full-service line striping and surface solutions company built on integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine community hospitality. We're an owner-operated crew with 20+ years of combined experience across multiple trades — and we treat every property like it belongs to a neighbor.

Restripes, new layouts, ADA compliance, directional arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, curb painting, and stop bars — clean and by the book. Includes handicap symbols, fire lane lettering, reserved stalls, and custom lot markings done right.
Cleaning, debris removal, edging, sign and parking stop installs, bollard painting, concrete/asphalt patches, and weed whacking.
Wash, stain/seal, board/railing/step repairs, and mold, mildew, rot, gray, and weathered surface remediation. Whether you want a fresh coat of solid color paint or a natural stain that lets the wood grain shine through, we prep and finish outdoor wood surfaces to last.
